Role in the SSC

As the Front Desk Manager, Hayden provides administrative support to the Student Success Center, and assists in office operations to promote student learning, retention, and degree completion. His responsibilities include implementing the Coffee Convos program, connecting visitors to the SSC, and checking students in for appointments at the Thomas Cooper Library location of the SSC.
