Held each May, IdeaPOP! is an in-house conference that examines higher education trends and issues through addresses and workshops featuring content that aligns with the ACPA/NASPA Professional Competency Areas for Student Affairs Practioners [pdf].

Call for Proposals

The Professional Development Team invites proposals for educational sessions, roundtable discussions and TED Talk-style presentations. Submit your proposal by March 27.

 

 

RISE: Reframing in Shifting Environments

When: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. May 13
Where: Russell House

The conference theme, RISE: Reframing in Shifting Environments, will inspire participants to reframe and refocus on why it's important to work in higher education.

IdeaPOP! is open to all Student Affairs and Academic Support staff members and graduate assistants. The conference is free and includes a light breakfast, lunch, a keynote presentation, concurrent sessions, and door prizes.

A conference schedule, including descriptions of sessions, will be posted when it's available. Registration is required.
