ProposalCENTRAL boasts streamlined processes throughout the grant life cycle, from application to award and post-award management. Principal Investigators (PIs) interested in applying for grant opportunities through proposalCENTRAL are encouraged to work closely with their SAM Administrators throughout the proposal process, and submit their proposals in USCeRA for final “Institutional Review” a minimum of three business days before the proposal submission deadline [pdf].
