Jeremy Parrott is a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at the University of South Carolina (UofSC). For over 20 years, Jeremy has helped thousands of individuals secure sensitive data. At UofSC, he helps departments find solutions to cybersecurity problems. Jeremy’s mission is to remove the complexity of security and make success as simple as possible.

About the Presenter
Michelle Foster is the Executive Director of Strategic Communications and Governance for the Division of Information Technology. She has worked in the field of education for more than 20 years, focusing on public relations and communications. She is a former president of the South Carolina School Public Relations Association, former Vice-President of Communications for the South Carolina Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, and currently serves on the School Improvement Council of Chapin Middle School.
