Promotional Opportunities

We offer a variety of opportunities for partners that are designed to target new students, families or both. Below are descriptions of the different ways you can gain exposure through our program.

Partnership registration is now open!

On-campus offices, businesses and organizations can now register for the 2022-2023 Partnership Program. Please see below for the latest information on partnership levels, pricing and advertisement opportunities. If you have any questions, please contact us at sapartnr@mailbox.sc.edu.

The Garnet Guide is our office’s annual print publication. It is the central component of the overall Orientation curriculum for both student programs and family and guest programs as they each receive a copy during check-in. It serves as an all-in-one resource for the transition to South Carolina. Attendees utilize the Garnet Guide throughout their session to learn information about services available to them both on- and off-campus. Depending on their package, our partners have the opportunity to design a page(s) to be featured in the Garnet Guide that includes all information you would like students and families to know, as well as photos and contact information. Please reach out to Jennifer Asouzu at sapartnr@mailbox. sc.edu if you would like a print copy of the 2021 Garnet Guide.

  • Opportunity to gain brand recognition and share information with over 8,000 students and 6,000 families.

The Resource Fair is held during each Orientation session. It’s main purpose is to connect students and families with on- and off-campus resources available to them during their time at South Carolina. In addition, we include a map that illustrates where these businesses/organizations are in relativity to campus.
