Take an unbiased look at your personal leadership skills and how you can work with others most effectively with the Leadership and Service Center's two-part leader assessment. Part one is an online assessment that takes about 30 minutes to complete. Part two is a leadership coaching session where we'll discuss the results of your online assessment and provide you with resources and insights that can help you improve or grow your skills.

How to Schedule an Assessment

  1. Schedule an appointment. If you've never used online scheduling, read step-by-step instructions
  2. After your appointment is scheduled, we'll email you a link to access your online evaluation.
  3. Complete the online evaluation at your earliest convenience and we'll go over the results with you at your upcoming assessment.
