Search for the Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Excellence
This position will provide strategic leadership for human resources and institutional transformation across the University. The Vice President will serve as the chief advisor to the President on all HR and organizational effectiveness matters, leading enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen culture, workforce planning, leadership development, and operational excellence.
Overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions—including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development—the Vice President will align people strategies with institutional priorities, guide system-wide workforce planning, and champion a data-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive higher education experience, a strong record of executive leadership in HR and organizational effectiveness, and a commitment to advancing institutional excellence and employee success.
