All new Gamecocks will receive an email with their community assignment, building floor and move in day.

July 15

• Room numbers will be available via the Housing portal at my.sc.edu
• Roommate information will be available via the Housing portal at my.sc.edu
• Sign your housing agreement for Fall 2020/Spring 2021 
• Anticipated sign up for Move In Day and Time will begin (this includes early and normal move in times)

Stop and Make Contact

Once you find out who your roommate is, you should make contact to begin the planning process of what each of you bring for your room.

Early arrival period - you must be a part of a group with special permissions to arrive to campus early for Move In.

August 16 - 18

Move in days have arrived.
Students cannot check in to their residence halls before their assigned day and time.
