To Request a Conference Center Meeting/Event Venue
Please fill out the following form. You will be sent an email that your request has
been received. An Event Manager will be in touch within two (2) work days regarding
the status of your request. If you have not heard from us during this time, please
call us at (803) 777-6636 from 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Sunday.
STUDENT GROUPS*: Before completing this form, student groups MUST first fill out a space request
in 25 Live. Once your event space is accepted by The Conference Center, the space will be put
on temporary hold until you complete this form. Your reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until you complete and submit this Conference Center reservation form below.
