University Housing and LLC staff members can submit a planning form as the first step to approval for an event in a residence hall or housing outdoor spaces.
University Houisng Strategic Planning for events provides a number of items that are available for departments to check out. Items and availability are subject to change without notice.
University Housing staff members from time to time will be required to complete an after action form about their role and experience at an event. All staff members once identitied should complete the form within five days of the event.
