Promotes a positive gay identity to encourage continued academic and career progress and to assist in financing higher education for residents of Michigan and/or those who attend institutions of higher education in Michigan.

Scholarship recipients are chosen based on scholastic achievement or promise, financial need and leadership abilities. Preference given to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender students. Details on eligibility and requirements can be found on the application.


Award Value

The number and amount of the scholarship awards will be determined by the distributions from the endowment.
