The role of the Program Manager for Data Standards, Quality, and Integrity Assurance is to facilitate an understanding and document the meaning of the university's administrative data as well as ensuring that the data is clean, reliable and credible. Please note that the role's responsibilities is supported by policy UNIV 1.51 Data and Information Governance [pdf].

Data Cookbook

Data Cookbook serves as the University's data governance information system for adminstrative data. In the Data Cookbook, users can find data definitions, report specifications and Data Sharing Agreements. 

Visis the Data Cookbook at sc.datacookbook.com. All UofSC faculty and and staff can use their Network Username and password to log in to the Data Cookbook.

Data Standards Manager

Jeremy Knotts is the University's Program Manager for data standards, quality, and integrity assurance. In this role, Jeremy helps to ensure university data is defined, accessible, accurate, complete, consistent and timely. Jeremy has led the implementation and administration of UofSC's enterprise data governance information system, Data Cookbook. His prior roles include data warehousing, analytics, and report development in higher education and healthcare.
