Service Delivery and Support Update: Kingston Upgrade Complete

We are pleased to announce a successful upgrade to the Kingston Release of ServiceNow. Thank you for your participation this past month as we tested the release. Your feedback ensures we deliver a better experience for you and our customers. 

Our ServiceNow upgrades allow us to deliver new features while paving the way for future functionality that will allow us to continuously improve our Service Delivery. Since our re-baseline in July 2017, we have completed two system upgrades, as well as utilized ServiceNow to enable our Incident Management process, which has to date reduced the total number of active Incident records by over 80%.
