ServiceNow Release: February 15th, 2018

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve Service Delivery and Support, we would like to announce a new release. Here are the details:

  • A catalog request item has been added for HR/Payroll Project Questions and Issues.
  • Customers who report an incident, which is defined as a reduction in the quality of IT service or an interruption in service, will receive a customer satisfaction survey. The survey results will enable the division to identify positive customer service initiatives, as well as diagnose potential problems.
