Service Delivery and Support Update: August 22, 2018

We are pleased to announce a successful implementation of Change Management in ServiceNow. Thank you for your participation this past month as we tested and trained for this release.

With the transition of Change Management in ServiceNow, we will be decommissioning our previous interface, ITC. As a result, all changes will now be submitted and managed through ServiceNow. This provides Division of IT with more functionality for tracking our changes, reporting, and risk analysis.


Change Advisory Board (CAB)

We are introducing a Change Advisory Board, or CAB, to review, assess, and approve various changes. Our CAB members are:

  • Jason Boryk
  • Sean Sims
  • Michelle Foster
  • Tom Webb
  • Stephanie Kelly
  • Todd McSwain
  • Jennifer Albright
  • Mike Kelly

 

With the introduction of the CAB, certain types of changes now have a new submission deadline. Please refer to the process documentation for these details.
