Project Portfolio Suite Access

We are pleased to announce that access to Project Portfolio Suite is now available to Division of IT! You can now view Ideas, Demands, and Enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. You may also see new types of tickets in your group's work, such as Project Issues, Enhancement Documents and more. 

 

Updates to Service Catalog


The Division of IT has begun meeting with stakeholder groups to gather feedback on our customer experience. In addressing this feedback, expect ongoing updates to our internal process flows, and enhancements our Self-Service Portal.

How does this affect you? You may notice slight changes to the Self-Service Portal, such as where items are located in the Self-Service Portal, or how they are categorized. The Self-Service Portal also features a keyword search to quickly locate items and information around our services. You can still report issues, order items, browse our knowledge base, and use our online chat functionality.
