Due to the upcoming migration of OnDemand reports, any new reports created after 12/20/19 will not be a part of the migration. Please plan for this if you are still creating reports.  If you have questions in the meantime, please submit a ticket online or call the Service Desk at 803-777-1800 for assistance.

We are nearing the time when we will need your assistance in validating the OnDemand reports that were migrated recently. The tentative dates for this are 1/21/2020 – 1/31/2020.

Please stay tuned for more details and feel free to share with any others who should be aware. If you have questions in the meantime, please submit a ticket online or call the Service Desk at 803-777-1800 for assistance.

We want to thank everyone for participating in the new OnDemand User Acceptance Testing. We are doing the final preparations for the production implementation planned for next Monday, 3/2/2020. The reports will remain accessible on the Mainframe until 3/31/2020.

The mainframe OnDemand reports have been migrated and are now available in the replacement application.  Please use this link to access:  https://ondemand.sc.edu/navigator.  Instructions for accessing and using are available here . If you encounter any problems, please submit a ticket at sc.edu/ithelp or call the Service Desk at 803-777-1800 for assistance. Note: Even though the OnDemand reports will remain accessible on the mainframe until 3/31/2020, we encourage you to start accessing them now in the new application.  We thank all of you for making this a success!
