Kareemah Hosendove manages and supports the programs and operations of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Community Engagement, and the South Carolina Collaborative on Race and Reconciliation.
Kareemah is directly responsible for planning, coordinating and promoting the President’s Dive-In Lunch, the Finding Common Ground Forum, President’s Town Hall and Welcome Table workshops. In addition, she prepares and submits award and grant applications and annual reporting.
Prior to her arrival at the University of South Carolina, she served as a communications assistant for the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs. At UofSC, she has served as the business manager at the International House at Maxcy College for three years before joining the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Columbia with a Bachelor of Mass Communications and Journalism in Public Relations. She holds a Master of Communications Management degree from Webster University (Columbia, SC) and Master of Higher Education from Columbia College (Columbia, SC).
