The University of South Carolina will award the Carolina Master Scholar certificate to students on Friday, December 7 at 5:00 PM who successfully completed three or more Adventure Series courses this year. Graduation will be held at the Campus Room in Capstone House at 900 Barnwell Street on the USC Columbia campus.
By early November, you will receive your official graduation notification and invitations to the event by mail for you to share with your family and friends.
At the graduation, you will receive your certificate and take a photo with USC President Pastides or a USC Administrator. We will also take a group photo. A light reception will follow the event. Cocky may also be in attendance to help you share your big achievement.

Graduate should arrive by 4:45 PM to ensure that graduation event starts on time at 5:00 PM
Graduates should wear business or church attire. You will have an opportunity to have your photo taken with USC President Pastides or a USC Administrator.
Parking is available on the street at the parking meters, they are typically free after 5:00 PM but check the meter for times. You may also park across the street on Barnwell Street in the parking lot at Close/Hipp Building. USC is not responsible for parking tickets.
The graduation event is about an hour with a reception following the event.
We will have a photographer at the event taking pictures of the graduate receiving their certificate and a group photo. An email link with the photos will be emailed to the graduates by January 10.
All certificates will be mailed during the week of December 10 to any graduates that were not in attendance.
