GRE Information Workshop

USC's free GRE Information Workshop is a great first step in preparing for the GRE exam. You'll be able to learn about the GRE test and pick up useful study tips. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to solve sample exam questions and ask the instructor any questions you may have.

This workshop provided great insight on thinking before answering the questions and tricks to help solve the problems. I left with strategies that will be very useful.

Prepare with Confidence

Learn practical tips on how to approach the GRE exam. We'll share insights about the registration and examination processes, and spend time working on practice questions. You'll be able to meet one of our expert GRE course instructors to ask questions about our comprehensive GRE prep course.

Whether you're planning to take a USC GRE Prep Course or just plan to study on your own, this free workshop is the perfect place to begin your preparation.

I learned valuable techniques to solve verbal, math, and analytical problems.

About the Next Workshop

We offer several GRE Information Workshops each year. Held on the USC Columbia campus, the workshops are open to the general public and university community.

Each workshop begins at 6:00 pm and usually lasts one to two hours, depending on audience questions. You'll also receive a hand out for you to follow along with the presentation, along with tips to plan for success!

Our next free GRE Information Workshop will be held January 22 at 6:00 p.m. in Room 583 in the Close Hipp building..

Join our mailing list and you will receive a course reminder email about 1 week before the workshop with location and directions to the building. If you can't attend one of these workshops, contact us and we will send you the materials covered there.

Register Now

Registration is preferred, but not required. If you choose to register, we will email you a reminder about one week before the workshop.

The workshop was perfect for someone like me who had zero information about the GRE test. It made me feel less stressed and more prepared.
