Course Description

If you’re approaching retirement or recently retired, you owe it to yourself to spend a few hours learning about the issues facing retirees so that you can develop the skills needed to confront today’s challenges and make informed decisions that will affect your retirement lifestyle.

You will learn how to avoid the Three Risks to a Comfortable Retirement: Inflation – the rising cost of living, healthcare and long term care costs, and the unpredictability of the financial markets. 

Thrive financially in retirement and learn how to potentially increase your Social Security, create a plan for lifetime income, manage taxes in retirement and protect and preserve assets so that you can live the retirement you’ve always dreamed of.  Learn efficient methods for wealth transfer to your heirs.

New Retirement Rules (including the SECURE Act):  Understand How Taxes, IRAs, and Retirement Planning are Changing and How It will Affect You and Your Retirement

All students will receive an 80 page workbook and the opportunity to meet with the instructor for a personal appointment.
