Thank you for your interest in renting the Lumpkin Auditorium. Organizations that are not affiliated with the university may rent the Lumpkin Auditorium and surrounding dining room area for functions. Once availability is determined, our office will send you a meeting room license agreement for your review and approval. Rental rates will apply and a 50% deposit will be due with the signed agreement along with proof of insurance naming the university as additionally insured.
