Social Media Page

Use a social page to put all of your unit’s official social media profiles at your many audiences' fingertips.

This page, which the social media graphic in the unit footer links to, displays all of your social media accounts. Use the page to list your accounts, starting first with major official accounts and adding smaller or subunit accounts.

Use the simple list descriptions to describe what your users will find on each social media channel. If there are multiple accounts on the same platform, explain the differences between them.

    Social media page elements are:

    • Page Title
    • Intro Paragraph
    • Main Content Region: contains the simple list of social media accounts
    • Callout Column: typically used to display contact information specific to social media or a Twitter callout

Available Icons

This list is a simple list with a specific set of with icons for the different social media channels. These icons are provided for you in a folder on the CMS. If you need an icon that is not in the folder, contact us and we will create one for you. Follow the university's guidelines for writing logo alt text on the Digital Accessibility site to make all of your social media icons accessible.
