In his role as Director of Brand Strategy, J.C. leads the effort to grow the reputation of the University of South Carolina. The brand strategy team defines and identifies strategies to enhance the brand, showing the world a unified, data-driven and market focused personification of the University of South Carolina.
J.C.'s first role at the university was creating a digital strategy and building a team to produce a singular, consistent, and branded sc.edu that would become our greatest owned media asset. His professional career has included creating great customer experiences in agency and commercial settings, working with advertising, marketing, communications and information technology groups in the health care, financial services and software industries.
