Group X classes are taught by trained instructors, at all experience levels and intensities.

Cardio Classes


Les Mills BODYATTACK™ is a high energy interval training class inspired by sports and aimed to improve your speed, fitness, strength and agility. Enjoy powerful music and energetic instructors while combining running, lunging, jumping and squatting to improve your stamina. 


Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ is a high energy martial arts inspired workout that is entirely non contact. Learn moves from karate, tae kwon do, boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and kung fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ. Bring your fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door.

Cardio Hip Hop

Cardio Hip Hop is a workout in disguise! This dance fitness class will have you moving and sweating to your favorite radio hits — no dance experience necessary.

Dance X

Calling all those who love to dance! In this class you’ll learn choreographed dance routines to some of your favorite songs! Each class builds on the choreography from the previous week so you’ll be moving like Channing Tatum by the end of the semester! This class will take your dance fitness to the next level.

H.I.I.T Fit

If you're looking for a traditional interval or tabata workout try H.I.I.T Fit. The class varies based on the instructor, but expect to spike your heart rate and boost your cardiovascular fitness. Classes may utilize bodyweight movement, dumbbells, steps, resistance bands, glide discs, medicine balls or body bars.


This intense dance exercise class is chockful of Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves. Zumba makes exercising fun and motivates you to move by creating a dance party atmosphere. Come join the party!

Cardio & Strength Classes


A non-stop, powerhouse workout guaranteed to challenge you to become stronger, faster and increase your endurance. Similar to CrossFit-style workouts, expect high intensity, fast-paced movements, plyometric drills and the use of kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, BOSUs and plate-weighted bars.

Cardio Barre

Your traditional Barre class fused with cardio intervals giving you the perfect blend of aerobic training and muscle toning.


PiYo combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat burning, low impact workout that leaves your body feeling lean and defined.


This class combines plyometric exercises with yoga moves to create a high-energy class that fuses cardio with flexibility. Plyometric exercises in the begging will allow for dynamic stretching to increase muscular endurance. Ending the class off with a abbreviated yoga practice will allow for increased range of motion as well as restored vitality and energy. Get ready to sweat!


TRX Suspension Trainers are a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class builds muscular endurance and appeals to every fitness level.

Indoor Cycling Classes


Get a cardiovascular cycling workout with varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities that you can tailor to meet your personal fitness goals. Cycling is a way to increase your heart rate, build your endurance, and strengthen your lower body. Newcomers should plan to arrive early to be fitted to a bike.

Cycle Core

Enjoy to cardio benefits of cycle? Enjoy strength training too? This class is for you! Not your normal cycle class, you’ll use weights to tone your arms with some fun music you won’t even realize you’re getting your cardio & strength in one class.

Cycle Strength

Cycle with a twist. This cardio cycle class will incorporate upper body toning to get your full body workout. Expect pushups and arm exercises on the bike. 

Cycle Zen

Fusing the cardiovascular workout of cycle with the mindfulness of yoga, this class will start with a cycle segment and end with a mix of yoga stretches and poses. Double up on your stress relief with an endurance workout coupled with strength building on the mat.


Mind-Body Classes

Restorative Yoga

Come focus on centering and breathing techniques to reconnect to your mind and body. This asana practice is accessible to any level and moves slowly and smoothly to the pace of your own breath. Leave class feeling relaxed and focused for whatever is ahead.


Yoga is a class that cultivates heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and awareness. One dynamic pose flows to the next by synchronizing movement with breath. Stretches, poses, and breathing exercises build energy, boost metabolism, stimulate circulation, and restore overall vitality while improving posture, strengthening muscles, and reducing stress and tension. This class will always end with a deep relaxation period in savasana.

Yoga with Weights

Can you guess what we’re doing here? You got it- your usual yoga practice with weight training mixed in to challenge your core and total body strength. Build lean muscles and test your balance in this twist on yoga.


Strength Training Classes


Fusing together the basics of ballet dance to strengthen your body, create lean muscle, improve posture, and increase flexibility, this workout combines elements of the standard Barre-Method workout with additional emphases on the core.


Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is a barbell-based workout that strengthens your entire body. This class challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!

Total Strength

This class is designed to target all major muscle groups. Get a head-to-toe workout by working with equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, body bars and more.


Water Classes

Hydro Fit

Aquatic fitness classes are a great way to build muscle strength, coordination, endurance, flexibility and aerobic conditioning. While the water provides a low-impact exercise environment, that doesn't mean it's a low energy class! Floatation belts are provided for deep water. Classes are 45 minutes in length.

Float Bootcamp

Time to take your bootcamp workout to the next level- on the water! Bring your suit and get ready to work on your balance, strength, and cardio all in one! Using stand up paddleboards in the water, Float Bootcamp will challenge you and get you fitter in this fun pool setting!

Float Yoga

Bring your suit and get ready to balance! Using stand up paddleboards instead of mats, Float Yoga provides an interesting twist on traditional yoga. Balancing on an unstable board increases muscular strength while providing a low-stakes opportunity to break out of your yoga comfort zone!
