Viewing Billing Interface Errors

Steps:

1. Begin by navigating to the Review Pending Transactions  page.

    

   Click the Main Menu button.

2. Click the Scroll Down arrow.

3. Click the Billing menu.

   Step 3

4. Click the Interface Transactions menu.

   Step 4

5. Click the Review Pending Transactions menu.

   Step 5

6. Click in the Interface ID field.

   Step 6

7. Enter the desired information into the Interface ID field.

    

   Enter "53".

   Step 7

8. Click the Search button.

   Step 8

9. The PS_INTFC_BI page displays information including all bill header and bill line information.

   Step 9

10. The LoadStatus field displays the cause of the error.

    Step 10
