Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Bills Not Invoiced page.
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Billing menu.
Step 2Click the Locate Bills menu.
Step 3Click the Bills Not Invoiced menu.
Step 4Use the Bills Not Invoiced page to search for any bills already invoiced.
Step 5Use the Unit field to specify the PeopleSoft Billing business unit to search for a bill.
Enter the desired information into the Unit field.
Enter "USCSP".
Step 6Use the Bill To field to specify if you want to search for a bill based on a customer or a contract.
Click the Bill To list.
Step 7Click the Contract list item.
Step 8Use the Currency Option field to specify the currency criteria for the bill.
Step 9Use the ID field to enter or select the customer ID or contract number to search for.
Click the Look up ID (Alt+5) button.
Step 10Click the CON0000004 link.
Step 11Click the Search button.
Step 12All bills for the contract are displayed.
If you would like to narrow the search results, you can click the
Header Selection Criteria button.
Step 13Click the Select option.
Step 14Click the Header Info 1 link.
Step 15Use the Header - Info 1 page to specify bill header information.
Step 16Next, change the bill Status to "Hold", as per the request of the Principal Investigator.
Click the Look up Status (Alt+5) button.
Step 17Click the HLD link.
Step 18Click the Save button.
