Running the Amendment Process

In this topic, you will learn how to create a new Run Control ID and run the amendment processing.

Steps:

1. Begin by navigating to the Process Amendments page.

    

   Click the Main Menu button.

2. Click the Customer Contracts menu.

   Step 2

3. Click the Create and Amend menu.

   Step 3

4. Click the Process Amendments menu.

   Step 4

5. Click the Add a New Value tab.

   Step 5

6. A Run Control ID is an identifier that uniquely identifies and defines parameters that are used when a process is run.

   Step 6

7. Click in the Run Control ID field.

   Step 7

8. Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field.

    

   Enter "PROCESS_AMENDMENTS".

   Step 8

9. Click the Add button.

   Step 9

10. Click the Run button.

    Step 10

11. Click the Server Name list.

    Step 11

12. Click the PSUNX list item.

    Step 12

13. Click the OK button.

14. Notice that this process has been assigned a Process Instance number. This number can be used to track this process.

15. Click the Process Monitor link.

    Step 15

16. Click the Refresh button.

    Step 16

17. Continue to click the Refresh button until the Run Status is "Success" and Distribution Status is "Posted".
