In this topic, you will learn how to review billing plans by viewing the Billing Management pages.
Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Plans page.
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Customer Contracts menu.
Step 2Click the Review Billing menu.
Step 3Click the Plans menu.
Step 4Click in the Business Unit field.
Step 5Enter the desired information into the Business Unit Required field.
Enter "USCSP".
Step 6Click in the Contract field.
Step 7Enter the desired information into the Business Unit Required field.
Enter "CON0000004".
Step 8Click the Search button.
Step 9Use the Review Billing - Plans page to view billing plan activity or update plan status, for both pending and billed amounts, for any cross-section of the Contracts system.
Step 10Select one or more rows to update the status for the billing plan to "Pending", "Ready", or "Reversal in Progress". Depending on your selection in the Update Plans group box below, when you click the Update Plan Status button, the system updates the status of the billing plan.
Step 11Click the Billing Financial Information object.
Step 12Use the Billing Financial Information tab to view financial data.
Step 13Click the B101 link.
Step 14The Billing Plan General page defines the high-level billing information for a billing plan. The system associates the information that you define on this page with all billing lines that you create under this billing plan. This information is then sent to Billing.
Step 15Use the scrollbar to view additional information on the page.
Step 16Click the Return to Billing Plan Management link.
