Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Update Contract/Projects Data page.
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Billing menu.
Step 2Click the Generate Invoices menu.
Step 3Click the Utilities menu.
Step 4Click the Update Contract/Projects Data menu.
Step 5Click in the Run Control ID field.
Step 6Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field.
Enter "GMUPDT01".
Step 7Click the Search button.
Step 8Use the Update Contract/Projects Data page to enter parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the process is run.
Step 9Click in the From Invoice field.
Step 10Enter the desired information into the From Invoice field.
Enter "GRC-000006-RMB".
Step 11Click in the To Invoice field to populate it.
Step 12Click the Run button.
Step 13Use the Process Scheduler Request page to enter or update parameters, such as server name and process output format.
Step 14Click the Server Name list.
Step 15Click the PSNT list item.
Step 16Click the OK button.
Step 17Notice the Process Instance number appears. This number helps you identify the process you have run when you check the status.
Step 18Click the Process Monitor link.
Step 19Use the Process List page to view the status of submitted process requests. Continue clicking Refresh until the run status shows Success and the distribution status shows Posted.

Step 21Continue to click Refresh until the Run Status shows "Success" and the Distribution Status shows "Posted".
