Begin by navigating to the Process Limits page.
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Customer Contracts menu.
Step 2Click the Update Contract Progress menu.

Step 4You can run the process by searching for an existing Run Control ID, or you can create a new value. Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the process may help you remember it for future use.
Step 5Click the Add a New Value tab.
Step 6A Run Control ID is an identifier that uniquely identifies and defines parameters that are used when a process is run.
Step 7Click in the Run Control ID field.
Step 8Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field.
Enter "PROCESS_LIMITS".
Step 9Click the Add button.
Step 10Use the Process Limits page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the process is run.
Step 11Click in the Business Unit field.
Step 12Enter the desired information into the Business Unit field.
Enter "USCSP".
Step 13Click the Run button.
Step 14Use the Process Scheduler Request page to enter or update parameters, such as server name and process output format.
Step 15Click the Server Name list.
Step 16Click the PSUNX list item.
Step 17Click the OK button.
Step 18Notice that this process has been assigned a Process Instance number. This number can be used to track this process.
Step 19Click the Process Monitor link.
Step 20Click the Refresh button.
Step 21Continue to click the Refresh button until the Run Status is "Success" and Distribution Status is "Posted".
