Researching Invoiced Bills


In this topic, you will learn how to search for and review invoiced bills for a customer.


Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Bills Invoiced page.

     

    Click the Main Menu button.

  3. Click the Locate Bills menu.

  4. Click the Bills Invoiced menu.

  5. Use the Bills Invoiced page to search for any invoiced bills.

  6. Use the Unit field to specify the PeopleSoft Billing business unit to search for a bill.

     

    Enter "USCSP" into the Unit field.

  7. Use the Bill To field to select the type of billing contact that you want to search for.

     

    Click the Bill To list.

  9. Use the Currency Option field to specify the currency criteria for the bill.

  10. Use the ID field to enter or select the customer ID or contract number to search.

     

    Click the Look up ID (Alt+5) button.

  13. All bills for the customer or contract are displayed. PeopleSoft also enables you to further narrow the search results.

     

    Click the Header Selection Criteria button.

  14. Use the Bill Search Criteria page to enter parameters for the narrowing the bill search.

  15. Use the Currency Option field to select a currency type for the search.

  16. Bill Type represents categories of activity grouped on a particular bill.

     

    Click the Look up Bill Type (Alt+5) button.

  18. Use the Status field to enter the bill status that you want to search for.

  22. If you want to go back to the original search results, you can use the Bill Search Reset button.

  25. Use the Header - Info 1 page to specify bill header information including data about:

     

    * Where the bill came from.

    * Where the bill is going.

    * When the bill will be sent to the customer.

    * How the bill should be formatted.

  26. Review the bill header information and navigate to view additional header information.

     

    Click the Header Info 2 link.

  27. Use the Header - Info 2 page to view additional general bill information at the header level.
