Running the Contracts Billing Interface Process


In this topic, you will learn how to run the contracts/billing interface process in PeopleSoft contracts to initiate the billing process.


Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Process As Incurred Billing page.

     

    Click the Main Menu button.

  4. Click the Process As Incurred Billing menu.

  5. You run this process by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value.

  7. Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field.

     

    Enter "INCBILL".

  9. Use the Process as Incurred Billing page to enter the request parameters to define the processing rules and the data to be included when the process is run.

  37. Use the Process List page to view the status of submitted process requests. Continue clicking Refresh until the run status shows "Success" and the distribution status shows "Posted".
