In this topic, you will learn how to review and approve the Billing Worksheet. The Billing Worksheet enables you to review and adjust bill lines before you create an actual invoice.
Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Update Billing Worksheet page.
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Billing menu.
Step 2Click the Manage Billing Worksheet menu.
Step 3Click the Update Billing Worksheet menu.
Step 4Use the Worksheet Headers page to specify the search criteria to display header level data in the Billing Worksheet. If USCSP business unit is not already selected, you must click the Set Filter Options link to select the correct business unit.
Step 5Click the Search button.
Step 6Click the CON0000015 option.
Step 7Click the Approve Now button.
Step 8Click the Save button.
Step 9Next, you will need to verify that an invoice was created.
Step 10Click the Manage Contract/Project Bills link.
Step 11Use the Review Contract/Project Bills page to review bills originating in PeopleSoft Contracts and Project Costing. Notice the invoice number that was assigned to the award line.
