Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Action Status by Owner Rpt page.
Click the Scroll Down arrow.
Step 1Click the Accounts Receivable menu.
Step 2Click the Customer Interactions menu.
Step 3Click the Actions menu.
Step 4Click the Action Status By Owner Rpt menu.
Step 5You can run this report by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can add a new value.
Step 6Click the Add a New Value tab.
Step 7A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your user ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.
Step 8Click in the Run Control ID field.
Step 9Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the report may help you remember it for future use.
Enter the desired information into the Run Control ID field.
Enter "ACTION".
Step 10Click the Add button.
Step 11Use the Action Status by Owner Rpt page to enter the request parameters. These parameters will be used to define the processing rules and data to be included when the report is run.
Step 12Click the Run button.
Step 13Use the Process Scheduler Request page to enter or update parameters, such as server name and report output format.
Step 14Click the Server Name list.
Step 15Click the PSNT list item.
Step 16Use the Type list to select the type of output you want to generate for this job. Your four choices are File, Printer, Email, or Web.
Step 17Use the Format list to define the output format for the report. The values are dependent upon the Process Type for the process you select. In this example, the default value is PDF.
Step 18Click the OK button.
Step 19Notice the Process Instance number appears. This number helps you identify the process you have run when you check the status.
Step 20Click the Process Monitor link.
Step 21The Process List page consists of all of the processes that have been run and their current status. You can select the server that you used to generate the SQR report to reduce the number of processes that display. You can click the Refresh button to track the progress of each process.
Step 22Click the Refresh button.
Step 23Continue to click the Refresh button until the Run Status is "Success" and Distribution Status is "Posted".
Step 24Click the Save button.
Step 25Click the Go back to Action Status By Owner Rpt link.
Step 26Click the Report Manager link.
Step 27Click the Administration tab.
Step 28The Administration page lists the Report ID and Description by process instance along with the format and status of each report.
Step 29When you click on a report's Description link, a window appears with a PDF version of the report.
