Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Payment Control page.
Click the Scroll Down arrow.
Step 1Click the Accounts Receivable menu.
Step 2Click the Receivables Update menu.
Step 3Click the Posting Results- Payments menu.
Step 4Click the Payment Group- All Items menu.
Step 5Click in the Deposit ID field.
Step 6Enter the desired information into the Deposit ID field.
Enter "1".
Step 7Click in the Payment ID field.
Step 8Enter the desired information into the Payment ID field.
Enter "PMT 1".
Step 9Click the Search button.
Step 10Use the Payment Control page to review the control totals and group status for the group.
Step 11Click the Payment 1 tab.
Step 12Use the Payment 1 page to view item information including amounts, entry type and reason, payment terms, and discount data.
Step 13Click the Payment 2 tab.
Step 14Use the Payment 2 page to view assigned support personnel, correspondence information, cash forecasting information, and draft information.
Step 15Click the Payment 3 tab.
Step 16Use the Payment 3 page to view consolidated invoice information and user-defined fields.
