Linking Documents


In this topic, you will learn how to attach pertinent documents to an internal project.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  2. Click the Scroll Down button.

  3. Click the Project Costing menu.

  4. Click the Project Definitions menu.

  5. Click the General Information menu.

    Step 5
  6. Enter the desired information into the Business Unit field.

     

    Enter "USCIP".

  7. Enter the desired information into the Project field.

     

    Enter "20000022".

    Step 7
  8. Click the Search button.

    Step 8
  9. Use the Attachments page to link documents from external applications to specific projects.

     

    Click the Attachments tab.

  10. Click the Add Attachment button.

  11. Next, you'll browse for the file you wish to attach.

     

    Click the Browse button.

    Click the Upload button.
