Maintain
Regular maintenance is vitally important. Consider the following aspects:
• Content--You should set a schedule for review of your site's content to make sure it remains accurate. Information that is especially time-dependent like news articles or course listings must be updated on a regular basis. If you are getting a great deal of feedback or questions on a particular issue, you may want to consider creating additional content or even a new page that addresses it.
• Navigation--Periodically review your navigation to ensure that your most popular pages are given the priority in the navigation that they deserve. Are your users getting confused by terminology used in the navigation labels? Should some page be promoted or demoted in the hierarchy?
• Template--Check the Web Presence Announcements page periodically for any updates, news, or tips.
