TOUR DATES AND TIMES:
Group visits are extremely limited at this time.
Group visits are for large groups of high school or college-aged students who are visiting campus together. Large groups range from 10 to 60 prospective students, although groups of 50 or less will have a better campus tour experience. Group visits may also be arranged to include an information session with an admissions counselor. To inquire about options for a group visit, please contact us at (803) 777-0169 for more information.

Detailed parking instructions will be provided to the group when your visit is confirmed.
CHANGING TOUR TIMES / DAYS:
If you have booked a group visit and need to change the day or time of the scheduled visit, please call the University of South Carolina Visitor Center at (803) 777-0169. Please call as soon as you know your tour needs to be changed, so we can consider another day and time.
CANCELING YOUR TOUR:
If you need to cancel your scheduled group visit, please contact the University of South Carolina Visitor Center at (803) 777-0169. By canceling your visit in advance, you allow other groups to book a visit for that time and day.

Fall
- Group Visits typically not available in August and October
- Classes typically run from late August - early December
- Labor Day - University Holiday. Visitor Center and University closed
- Fall break - typically mid October - group tours not available
- National Election Day - group tours typically not offered
- Thanksgiving and day after - University Holiday. Visitor Center and University closed
- Final Exams - group tours not available
- Typically, the last week of December through the first week of January - University holidays. Visitor Center and University closed.
Spring
- Group Visits typically not available in March and April
- Classes typically run from January - late April
- Martin Luther King Jr. - University Holiday. Visitor Center and University closed
- President's Day - group visits not available the week of President's Day
- Spring break - typically mid March - group visits not available
- Group visits limited in the month of March
- Group visits not available in the month of April
- Group visits not available in the month of May
- Final Exams - group tours are not available
Summer
- Group Visits are very limited in July
- Classes typically run from May - early August
- July 4th - University Holiday. Visitor Center and University closed
