Background

Alumna Jillian Eggerud joined the College of Social Work as an enrollment management specialists in 2017. She works with prospective students throughout the application and admissions process.

Prior to the College of Social Work, Eggerud worked in child welfare. She investigated reports of child abuse and neglect through Child Protective Services. Eggerud also worked in a residential group home providing daily care to children who experienced neglect, abuse, or other trauma.

Eggerud earned her bachelor's degree in criminology and investigations with a minor in Spanish from West Virginia University, and her Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of South Carolina.
