As a Career Coach within the Office of Career Management in the Darla Moore School of Business, Taylor Dahlby enables undergraduate business students to excel in their academics and within their job search experiences, helping to ensure career success after graduation. Her passion lies in her ability to assist students in marketing themselves to employers in the most effective way, while encouraging them to find their niche in navigating through the collegiate experience. Dahlby’s background in professional education and consultation, student training and development, and developmental coaching brought her to the Darla Moore School of Business in August of 2016.
Prior to joining the Office of Career Management, Dahlby served as a Leadership Coach in the Leadership and Service Center at UofSC, and also worked as a Leadership Consultant and Training and Development specialist during her graduate career. Dahlby earned a Bachelor’s in English Education and Coaching from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a Master’s in College Student Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University.
In her spare time, Dahlby enjoys traveling, playing cards, golfing, and watching/going to sports games, especially when it involves her beloved Green Bay Packers. A native of north-central Wisconsin, Dahllby appreciates the friendly and welcoming (and “famously hot temperature!”) environment that encompasses the culture in South Carolina. She constantly looks forward to engaging with the incredibly talented and diverse students and staff she works with, and appreciates the opportunity to make an impact in her field.
