Appointment & Promotion Committee for Non-Tenure Track Faculty, Biomedical Sciences Department

The Appointment and Promotion Committee implements appointment and promotion procedures and criteria for non-tenure-track clinical faculty, reviews candidates as appropriate for appointment to new faculty positions and reviews current faculty for consideration of promotion in rank.

The committee consists of all current non-tenure track biomedical sciences faculty (clinical or research) at or above the rank of associate professor plus a minimum of two tenure track faculty appointed by the dean. The committee meets on an as-needed basis, but no less often than once each academic year.
