Biography

Dr. Williams Rutherford joined the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine in 2008, where she is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine. She graduated from the University Of South Carolina School Of Medicine in 2001. She completed her residency from Palmetto Health in general internal medicine. She has done additional training at the National Institute of Health in Critical Care. She then completed Fellowships at the University of Maryland in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. She is currently the medical director of the Prisma Health Richland Sleep Lab. She enjoys seeing complex sleep disorder patients.
