  NIH: Programs to Increase Diversity Among Individuals Engaged in Health-Related Research (PRIDE )(R25)RFA-HL-14-021

The goal of this NHLBI R25 program is to enhance the diversity of the biomedical, behavioral and clinical research workforce . To this end, this funding opportunity announcement encourages the development of creative educational activities with a primary focus on Research Experiences, Courses for Skills Development and Mentoring Activities.

USC may only submit one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by January 27, 2014. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
