The Center for Nursing Leadership, established in 2004, is a career-long leadership development resource center.   The Center specializes in providing tailored programs designed to meet the unique needs of leaders and their organizations.  We are proud of our accomplishments have received high praise for our leadership development programs from nursing professionals in practice and academia across the country.  

We Believe that “Every Nurse is a Leader”.  Leadership competencies are essential to lead, manage and follow in today’s rapidly evolving complex systems for today’s leaders at all levels, beginning with the nursing student through the nurse executive.  Together, with our collaborative partners, we will continue to advance today’s leaders and provide a forum for leaders to engage in shaping health care now and in the future.
