Posting Vacancies

Advertise your part-time, full-time, internship, and co-op positions to USC students and alumni through the Career Center. In addition to posting your vacancies, we can conduct a search of our database and forward resumes to you by email.

For quick and efficient results, most of the services you use will be managed through the Internet. Job Fairs and On-Campus Interviewing will help you meet and screen candidates to refine your applicant pool.

To post vacancies and search candidates follow the directions below to create an account in Handshake, our online recruiting system.

1) Click here to create an account in Handshake.

2) If you are a new employer or contact, your Handshake profile will be reviewed and approved within 72 hours.

3) Once you are approved, click on the "Job Postings" link on the left bar of your Handshake homepage to create a job posting.

4) Then you will select "New Job" on the top right toolbar.
