It provides direct access to an innovation ecosystem teeming with talent, creativity, and initiative.

    USC also is part of an economic network comprising local, state, and national organizations and partners that offer a range of programs specifically designed to encourage entrepreneurship and provide resources that stimulate economic growth through new venture creation. In addition to offering intellectual property protection services for USC, TCO supports entrepreneurial-minded faculty members and students who wish to pursue commercialization of their discoveries under their own leadership.

    TCO is part of USC’s Office of Economic Engagement, which allows us to take a business-focused approach to technology commercialization, including providing SBIR/STTR resources, access to low cost office and lab space, and connections to incubator and accelerator resources for startups and small businesses.
