Course Description
Wellness can mean different things to different people. It is defined as a holistic, well-balanced approach to living that involves the mind, body and spirit. There are eight dimensions of wellness that include physical, financial, emotional, social, occupational, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual. Research suggests that promoting wellness can affect employee productivity and performance. This course will explore how leaders in the workforce can create a culture of wellness in their workplace, engage their workers, and increase productivity.
